But, I just found out that chasing the ice-cream truck does not qualify as a weight loss and fitness routine!

 

So here's the deal, when it's hot outside, everyone deserves a nice frosty treat like fresh fruit popsicles.

 

SERVES: 4 

PREP TIME: 10 minutes 

FREEZING TIME: 5 hours

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced

  • 1 package fresh strawberries, sliced

  • 1 package fresh raspberries

  • 1 package fresh blueberries

  • Coconut water

  • Popsicle molds

Peparation:

  • Fill each Popsicle mold with fresh fruit, but don’t jam it in too tight; you want some space in between to fill up with coconut water.

  • Fill each mold with coconut water.

  • Freeze the molds for at least 5 hours or until solid.
