I’ve decided to add an old school fitness and diet plan to my weigh of life. It's called the Pasta Diet and some say the Italians have been using it for centuries, It's really simple: 1) I walka pasta da fast food burger joint. 2) I walka pasta da candy store. 3) I walka pasta da ice cream shop. 4) I walka pasta da table, pantry and refrigerator.
5) I walka pasta da bake goods shop.
But really... experts say we’re unfairly placing the form of exercise in the “pointless” category.
