Weave Your Own Cardio Web

I have been known to get 15 weeks worth of cardio exercise after walking into one little spider's web.

 

In addition to spider web jumping, some common cardio exercises include brisk walking, running, jumping rope, stair climbing, bicycling, swimming, inline and roller skating, rowing and cross-country skiing. There are also fitness gym equipment workouts that use cardio equipment including treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes, stepping machines, rowing machines, and ski trainers and more.

 

A trip to the gym or stepping into a spider web might be a drag, but the health benefits of regular exercise are well worth the effort. Cardiovascular exercises are essential for anyone's healthy lifestyle. Regular cardio exercises help you build endurance, strength, mobility, and balance. Plus they:

  • Increase blood flow and delivering oxygen cells to your muscles and organs

  • Relieve stress and boosts your mood

  • Burn fat and reduce cellulite

  • Strengthen muscles and bones

  • Improve sleep
