You can diet and still have a wonderful 4th of July weekend! Just be sure to set your scales back ten pounds at midnight tonight! And on July 5th after enjoying BBQ and picnics have a chilled fruit salad... mostly grapes. Or all grapes. Fermented grapes. Well go ahead and drink some WINE!!!
